"We were are touring on a motorcycle and this place is a little hidden gem. We booked the Riverview room and it was amazing, sitting on the balcony with a couple beers watching the sun go down over the river. "Due to a booking mix up our booking had been cancelled. The motel was fully booked but the manager was able to provide us a room by requesting that a tradie who had been booked with alternative accommodation. We were so grateful as we were on a planned cycle ride from Murwillumbah. Quite apart from that the staff were very friendly and obliging. The setting is really stunning being right on the banks of the Tweed River."
